Data Access Boundaries

The data of one App User or the Shopify store is not shared with another App User or the Shopify store.

The App functions by copying and synchronising product data to an externally hosted environment. Feed Donkey users can only access the feed data and configuration information for the stores that they have added to the App.

Data Security

Feed Donkey constantly reviews the measures in place to ensure that data security is commensurate with the sensitivity of the data that we handle.

Subject Rights

Breach Notification

Feed Donkey will inform all Subjects in the event that it is known that their data has been compromised through the App. We will action this no more that 72 hours after a known breach.

Right to Access

The vast majority of data held about you – you can access without the need to request it. Should the Subject require access to part of the data that cannot be accessed through any other means – this can be requested from our Customer Support Team.

Right to be Forgotten

Every subject has the right to request that all their data be removed from resources in the control of Feed Donkey. Personal data can be can be removed by sending a request to the Customer Support Team. Data will be removed as far as is reasonably possible within our legal and financial accounting obligations.
